A team of health care professionals focused on health promotion, illness prevention and primary health care services

Team Includes:

Programs offered include:

After hours care at FHT locations in Gravenhurst and Bracebridge, Port Carling on a rotating basis for rostered patients of the team

if you are a registered patient and require non-emergency medical care, you can be seen at any of these locations
phone your own doctor's office and a message will advise as to which office is open on that day,
Clinics: Mon-Thu 5 pm-8 pm , and a three hour weekend clinics on Friday evening or Saturday morning

All physicians have hospital privileges at Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare - South Muskoka Memorial Hospital Site
