| Description (Service) | The District Municipality of Muskoka has responsibility, from the Province of Ontario, for the administration of all Part I and Part III Provincial Offences and the prosecution of most Part I offences The Provincial Offences Act (POA) deals with all Provincial statues, as well as Municipal By-Laws and some Federal Contraventions including:
