| Description (Service) | Provides a walk-in style clinic for South Georgian Bay residents who need medical advice about an urgent healthcare concern AND cannot access their own Doctor or Nurse Practitioner. The Collingwood After Hours Clinic is operated by the local Family Health Team Doctors. No narcotics, stimulants or sedative medications are kept or prescribed at this clinic. |

| Eligibility | Must have an OHIP Health card. For South Georgian Bay residents. Will see non-residents, however non-residents are encouraged to seek care in their own communities. |
| Application | No longer doing online registration. Registration is walk-in only. Pick a number outside the door to register. When the doctor is ready to see you, administration staff will call for you in the waiting area. Have your health card ready. Masks are MANDATORY for any patients coming in with respiratory symptoms such as shortness of breath, cough, sinus congestion, or fever. The clinic operates in a small space and aims to keep virus-sharing to a minimum. |
