Description (Service)

Support group for family caregivers and friends of individuals who live with with mental health and/or addictions challenges

meetings are available via a hybrid format (in-person at a Barrie location and via Ontario Telemedicine Network)

Eligibility	Age Requirements: 18 year(s) and up Family members, caregivers and friends of persons with a mental illness
Application	Referral - self Referral - family Email the Family Support Program at familysupport@cmhastarttalking.ca to complete the intake process prior to attending a meeting.
