Description

Description (Service) Offers children, families and adults, including transitional-aged youth, who have a developmental disability the supports they require to be engaged in their community as fully as they choose.

Supports are individualized, and based on interests and abilities, and may include:
  • Skill building
  • Leisure activities
  • Learning, including options for post secondary education
  • Social activities
  • Volunteering
  • Work, and other activities directed by individual choice

Boundaries Port Sydney (south), Novar (north)
Eligibility Children and adults with a developmental/intellectual delay or disability, and their families.
