  • sample collection for DNA testing
  • drugs of abuse collection and testing
  • Electrocardiogram (ECG) and Holter Monitoring testing
  • In-home and nursing home visits for bloodwork

This location participates in Serving Customers with Autism program

Hours
  • Mon-Fri 6:30 am-2:30 pm, Sat 8 am-12 noon accepting walk-ins and booked appointments
  • CLOSURE at 12 noon on the fourth Wed of every month for employee training

  • In-home service: requires medical referral, call 705-728-2075 and then fax referral to 705-728-4609 "Attention - Home Care" to arrange for in-home service
