Description (Service) Day drop in COVID-19 assessment centre. People will be assessed by a health-care provider, who will provide necessary care and instructions for follow up, if required 
 
Ontario has released the COVID-19 Test Results Viewer that allows you to check your results online

Eligibility Individuals should only seek testing at assessment centres if you are:
  • Showing COVID-19 symptoms (such as a new or worsening cough and/or fever - refer to the COVID-19 self-assessment)
  • Have been exposed to a confirmed case of the virus, as informed by your public health unit or exposure notification through the COVID Alert app
  • A resident or work in a setting that has a COVID-19 outbreak, as identified and informed by your local public health unit and
  • Eligible for testing as part of a targeted testing initiative directed by the Ministry of Health or the Ministry of Long-Term Care
Individuals with severe symptoms should call 9-1-1 if in distress or go to their local emergency department and follow special signage. 
 
Individuals can also seek guidance from a new online self-assessment tool, calling Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000, Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit at 1-877-721-7520 (Mon-Fri 8:30 am– 8 pm and weekends 8:30 am-4:30 pm) or by calling their doctor who can do an assessment over the phone
